Do not empty charcoal out of the bag.
Always place your barbecue on a flat, firm, non-flammable heat resistant surface. Hold a lit match against the corner of the bag. After about 10 minutes separate the coals. Depending on the wind conditions it can take approximately 20 minutes for the flames to die down. Do not cook until the flames die down and the charcoal has a coating of ash.
Summer is on its way, so stock up now.
