The first fruit gin from our Distillery is an uncompromising dedication to the mighty Raspberry.
We start by distilling our flagship Dorset Dry Gin in tiny batches with locally foraged Gorse flowers. Post distillation we slow infuse the gin with British raspberries that have been frozen at the point of harvest and peak ripeness.
We are reducing food waste by using the broken berries that are outrageously delicious, but wouldn’t make it onto your Gran’s Pavlova.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh raspberries and a piney juniper on the nose, tart raspberry jam and dry spice on the palate, with a long red fruit and citrus finish. Delicious!
Serving Suggestion:
Perfectly pairs with classic tonic water, bitter lemon or ginger ale, garnished with a slice of lemon and fresh mint.
