All meats used in our pies are hand selected by our expert butchery team with over a century of knowledge and experience. The meats are coarsely ground to give a rustic crumby finish. Blended with a secret recipe of herbs and spices to give a give peppery after tone. The pies are baked until crisp, ensuring all the natural flavours remain within the pie. After cooling slightly, the pies are filled with just enough savoury jelly to maintain moisture and seal all the natural flavours inside.
