It all began in a corner store in Waco, Texas, when Charles Alderton, a young pharmacist, decided to create a drink that tasted like the smell of the store he loved so much. The drink's unique flavour was an instant hit when it was first sold in 1885. Dr Pepper soft drink was introduced to millions of visitors at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair, among other new and crazy inventions at the time (ice cream cone, hot dog rolls, and hamburger buns). Dr Pepper's grew to be one of America's biggest refreshments, known for it's deliciously unique taste and outlook on life 'What's the worst that could happen?'.
