Our expert chefs have combined Cornish matured Cheddar cheese, with locally sourced potatoes, onions, spring onions and caramelised onions. Cooked together with spicy whole grain mustard and Bramley apple puree for a hint of sweetness, all encased in golden baked puff pastry for a delicious pasty.
