Gluten free dark chocolate brownie with almonds, coffee and orange.
Like it’s sister, the Milk Chocolate Brownie, this Dark Chocolate and Orange Brownie is made from ground almonds, sorghum flour and molten chocolate. It’s dark chocolate all the way, both molten and chunks. We use a blend of two dark chocolates; one is 54% cocoa solids and the other is 70%, which means the chocolate content is 40% of the overall ingredients. We use a cold pressed orange oil and orange zest.
