As principal sponsors we are delighted to be involved with this wonderful Dorset event, celebrating all things woody and foodie.
The Fair takes place on the Stock Gaylard estate, just outside Lydlinch from 10am-5pm on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Jigghlights include Adam's Axmen, falconry displays, heavy horses, and archery and, for the children, there are workshops, circus skills, scarecrow making and many other activities.
Lots of local food producers will be there, as well as craftspeople, wood-turners, conservation groups, with information about many rural ways and skills, from coppicing to bee-keeping.
To hear a radio interview with us and Stock Gaylrd's Andrew Langmead, which was broadcast yesterday on Sherborne's Abbey104FM, go to http://abbey104.com/catch-up and click on Local World with Jenny Devitt. The interview starts in the 23rd minute.
We are bringing Camilla, our life-size milkable cow, do do come along and see us – and above all, have a great day!
